Preferable 3 years experience to deliver an effective and efficient level of pharmacist dispensing services in accordance to ethical, professional and legal pharmacy standards, and develop good working relationships with patients, GP's, Commissioners and Local Authorities.
Working in a close-knit team with the support of the Superintendent Pharmacist and Head Office, you will assist in driving dispensary sales and services to meet the objectives and requirements of the Commissioners and the business.
You will be supported by the Dispensary and Branch Managers who will supervise the support teams and attend to all relevant administrative paperwork, thus enabling you to focus on enhancing the quality of pharmacy services provided and thereby increasing the number of patients, items dispensed, consultations provided and counter activity.
You will provide an excellent level of customer service and be focused on patient care. This is a local community-based pharmacy, and you will need to work with your entire team to win over the patients, so that they see your branch as their first point of call for all the healthcare needs.
You will be required to complete associated administrative records, and ensure that these records are adequately maintained.
