organism that survives the stomach acids and colonises the intestinal tract. It fights the overgrowth of bad bacteria, that often leads to intestinal imbalance or discomfort. FOS is a
soluble dietary fibre with positive effects on intestinal microflora. Vitamin B3 contributes to the reduction on tiredness and fatigue caused by gastrointestinal discomfort. Can be taken with antibiotics.
