  • A Roaming Medical Counter Sales Assistant means that you will be working in any of our branches in Tower Hamlets, Walthmastow, Leytonstone, Newham, Ilford, Barking, Dagenham, Havering as required to cover staff on holiday, absence or sick. You will be fully trained as a Medical Counter Assistant, and be provided a weekly rota of which branch you will be working at, and this may change on a daily basis, however, you still have a minimum of 8 hours working shift per day. This position provides opportunity to work in various Britannia branches, meet lots of different staff and learn varied skills. There is no closing date for this position, as we are always keen to take enthusiastic and hard working individuals for these positions.

    MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
    Promoting products and services in a professional, ethical and effective manner.
    Ordering goods from suppliers/internal warehouse.
    Checking off goods to invoices/delivery notes and following up any queries.
    Stocking goods received, displaying and merchandising.
    Carrying out stock control procedures, including expiry date checks and stock rotation.
    Good housekeeping duties; cleaning, dusting, hovering, tidying and making sure that the shop floor including products are in good, neat and acceptable order.
